My lad (at 13) went from cadets to Mini's with no issue at all. The difficulty was this year when he went to Junior Max. Massive change in the driver mentality (or lack of it!). We are moving onto our third chassis due to damage.

The point here is, that if we were to have gone into Super cadet, we would probably have jumped from there straight into juniors it would have been far worse than cadets to mini's.

Super Cadet is a step backwards in safety.
