I know that one Chris but I think that they can award the points for the Rotax classes and simply void the Honda Cadet round, maybe that was the reason for reversing the running order to make sure that all of the Rotax classes being completed it would be a minimum loss situation.
Personally I would have preferred a full abandonment but unfortunately as Nigel said in the morning briefing that the 2 heat rule existed and from that moment I was convinced that would be the aim for the day regardless what the weather did.
