Yes they bend very easily and go soft quite quick.
If your going to buy second hand try get 1 that has been used in minimax as less stress.
Also try avoid big teams that straighten them everyday, as this just speeds up the process, (think of it like bending a piece of wire the more back and forth movement the softer and weaker it gets)
You can normally see if theyve been on the jig alot as paint flakes off round the kingpin yokes.
