rich84, In Mini's we were told 25 and 50 hours. Now we are in junior max, I was told that for club racing 20hrs is about right for an engine check and a new ring etc. 40/50 would be for a complete rebuild.....you maybe over the top now.

Best to check your recommended service times with your engine builder.
