The kerb at Hooton is a pussycat really, the one going into the turn 2 chicane at Fulbeck is huge but offers a major laptime benefit if you drive over it. The ones on the chicanes at Clay Pigeon and Lydd are the same.

Canceric makes a good point on the other thread, Club100 use little cones about the height of your front wheel on the inside of kerbs to stop people running the whole kart over them but leave enough room for people to put a wheel on them to help give other drivers room/avoiding spinning bandits etc. If you hit one and the official deems it as deliberate, a time penalty is added afterwards.

If kerbing really is a big issue for the MSA then surely this is a cheaper way of ensuring folk don't short cut corners than using lasers etc.
