Colin, what difference is 10 days going to make? If you have prepared the tender documents correctly and worked out the selection criteria the decision should be self fulfilling.
This has gone on for something like 6 months, from my experience once bidders have submitted and been successfully nominated they will need a mobilisation period and to provide test pieces. The longer you leave the decision the more compressed the process becomes to a point where the first production pieces are only available to meet the first events. Sound familiar?, that is what happened with the Tryton carbs which was the last significant regulation change in Comer Cadet and we know how well that was landed.
Even the Olympic committee and FIFA can make decisions in less than 6 months.
