Exactly to my point... Sonja is going to enter them all manually?! It doesn't need to be a manual process, it can be an automated feed of the online entry list.

The time to build that probably takes a third of the time it would take Sonja to enter them all manually.

Also, to the point about CC card surcharges, I fail to see how the clubs could lose out. There's no fee on the entry, its the tyres and fuel that take a 5% surcharge which go through 'Mr Hoyle's karting business'. More to the point, why do I have to pay that 5% extra if I want to pay in cash by debit / credit card.

The whole point of the email was to say, yes you've made progress, but its still not quite there. The devil is in the detail and it's not been thought through.
