Every driver starts slow and then learns and gets quicker.

If we don't encourage the new blood and keep the numbers up at club level then the problem will solve itself - there won't be any msa clubs/circuits.

The faster drivers don't have any more right to the track than the slower drivers and they need to take care when passing slower drivers.

If a slower driver is driving erratically or dangerously then bring it to the Clerks attention and he can address any safety issues.
