Davyboy is right, unless the MSA want to be embroiled in appeal cases, where someone pulls out an old bulletin and gets off, they need to get the responsible people, (in Rotax, JAG / ABKC) to issue a statement each year stating what amendments were issued/clarified during the year and state what the rule will be for the next year and make sure the gold book is amended accordingly.
Will this ever happen, maybe one for the ABKC to take on board. Are you listening Graham?
I would like to think that with a bit of effort, the ABKC and the class scrutineers would be able to pull together a definitive document of the changes which have been allowed over the years nd have not been incorporated into the technical rules for the class and issue a statement.
