do you have the instruction manual? If not let me have your email address and i'll forward you a pdf of it. But in answer to your question, I use an astro on a 250 gbox and the rpm and temp leads are just the normal ones and fitted in the same way as on any other kart, ie rpm lead to the plug lead and temp sensor to either your swirl pot or a tube in the water course. As far as the gear indicator etc, you need to set that up in relation to your revs and a speed sensor if I remember correctly (dont use the gear indicator myself) but to be honest you prob wont ever look at what gear you are in, especially on short circuit as you wont have time lol. Shift Leds are set up by choosing which revs you want them to appear at, you choose when each comes on one by one
