Whos axles ares produced at 1.9mm? I know that our range goes from 2mm to 2.5mm with an option available of a strengthend centre sprocket area aroung the 3rd bearing on all axles intended for gearbox use.
Interestingly we did note a couple of axles early in the year that showed signs of cracks around the center keyay holes and one axle did fail at Whilton Mill in March, however that particular axle had been extensively used at PF which made us take a closer look at any axle that had covered a high mileage and especially at PF.
Not seen a failure recently.
