you have this ability on all good dataloggers.
Once you realise that the driver is not perfect. you start to not look at the stopwatch and look deeper into the lap and can tell if chassis setup changes are better or worse. most blindly follow the stopwatch, as its too hard to admit mistakes are made every lap.
ever seen these "consistant" drivers who put laps in within 1/100th per lap.....break that down into sectors and you will see how inconsistant human input into a kart is.
This is why the driver is the most important factor and over complicating things is usually just to cover up failings with the driver. The best teams get the most out of the driver usually this is with confidence and concentration and most importantly enjoyment! its not any set up quirks or that.
