ceramics are a lot harder than steel so less flexing will occur.

but thats only going to be within the bearing and the axle will still flex.

ceramic bearings offer reduced friction and longer life too

the cost needs to be close to normal bearings to make it worth giving them a whirl tho as the benefits will be small
