You mean why can the importer give away karts?

I'm not in anyway saying tonykart is a bad kart, but there isn't the gulf in difference shown in UK karting. I've always found it a bit of a UK phenomen, tonykart do not have such a strangle hold anywhere else I have been or on any race videos i've watched on youtube (not exactly scientific).
