MARSHALS ARE NOT THERE TO WRITE REPORTS!!! check the regs, they are there to wave flags......depending on the type of marshal that is!!!....but since most clubs only get enough marshals to cover 1 per post, they are there simply to wave flags!!!

and for you information ive marshalled for the last 9 years, almost every weekend from march til novemeber at over 20 tracks in 5 countries.....enough experience to know what im talking about???

I DO AGREE HOWEVER!!!!...that cadets on the whole are very VERY good drivers and driving standards is usually very good...seems to me the worst seem the jnr catagories liek minimax, jtkm, jr blue, jrotax tho!
