I wasn't JUST having a 'go' at you, Aquila! Read what others have written with a 'critical eye'.

Watch the program an see what happened to the little man who posted some nasty stuff to a web site (which he SWEARS was 100% accurate.....) Being honest and truthful hardly seems to make any difference.....

I have been on the END of a 'malicious falsehood' claim. Luckily, I had access to a free solicitor and free barrister and thus the attempted threat from the other party simply went away when he found he couldn't scare me with GIGANTIC costs of defending my statements! I didn't win because I could PROVE I had told the truth.... I 'won' because I had access to bigger guns than HE did! That's NOT how 'justice' should be..... but IT IS!
