Yes the best way to clean any carb is ultrasonically. Due to the nature of any carbs innards the small bubbles created by the cleaner can penitrate anywhere, the bubbles then bursts and water jets are created dislodging the dirt.Is also better for the enviroment/you as you sont need to dispose of any solvents. The one you mention should do the job but a heated unit would give better results, try
