You will need quite a bit of power to handle all those things, to put it mildly!

The biggest drain will be as the compressor 'starts'. If that cuts in as the fridge cuts in..... in the dark so the light are on for you to see how the Microwave is doing.......

Personally, I'd run the power into the van through the rear door, being left open. You don't then have to cut holes in the van.
