This could have an unforeseen effect. Presumably , the meeting is hoping to attract entries. If a "large" vehicle has to park in the car park , then this could cause entries to fall if the owner decides not to come. They might decide not to come because of "unsafe" security of an untended vehicle in a public car park with unrestricted access by the public. When you are preparing karts there can be a large amount of expensive and desirable kit laying around which will be untended during "your" race.
