When you line the rear sprocket and the drive sprocket are you allowing for the play in and out on the clutch drum which the blue clutch drums have,also is your clutch bearing dry and are the 3 countersunk socket cap screws holding the sprocket to the drum tight.Also recent blue 10t front sprockets are not stamped IAME,we have one 12 months old as new ,but saw 1 new unstamped one off at Hooton testing last week.
Also use chain wax not spray,and check your alloy sprockets,if there is an alignment problem,the anodising (gold) will wear off either the inside or outside face of the sprocket and you will have lots of aluminium filings around the starter bendix black plastic cover.
