Erm, some guesses and some known but;
Tonykart - Ardigo, Catt
CRG - Fore, Thonon, Kozlinski
Kosmic - Convers
Birel - Cesetti
Intrepid - Lammers, Iglesias
Maranello - Hanley
Sodi - Abbasse

Some of those maybe free or heavily subsidised and also some will work in the factory for their drive. I'm probably missing some as well.

KZ1 is pretty much the factory team arena now. There used to be constructors world title as well as drivers. Don't know if they still do it.
