RocketMan46,

You have just joined this forum with a clear anti-Rotax agenda, your various posts to date seem to offer knowledgeable advice but this is contrasted by an apparent complete lack of knowledge of the MSA Kart Class system – a real enigma!

The MSA Rotax Kart classes racing in the UK are Commercial Classes controlled by JAG, JAG write the rules which are then approved (or not) by the MSA and then published each year in the Gold Book.
This is no different than say EasyKart which controls both the engines, kart chassis and chassis parts or TKM which controls engines and until very recently used to control chassis also.

Again, just as with Comer Cadet for ZIP, JAG appoints the sealing Agents and removes them as they see fit, wisely I would say that when they received a request from the leading UK Kart Team they said YES.
