I have allways thought that compolsory points if you are black flaged is stupid.

If someone is blacked flagged for a minor offence, or after a talk see's that it was a mistake. They person has to go through all the hassel of apealing, this new rule is great, it gives clerks of the course more freedom to act fairly towards competitions.
