Do this stuff in the ruight order:
1) Find out your rights 2) Use common sense 3) Write out the detailed points of your 'argument' as a crib sheet 4) Call the compnay and speak to someone with whom you have had dealings in the past within the company. 5) politely ask them to help you get the full refund to which you are entitled 6) If that fails, point out that the law is VERY much on your side on this. 7) If that fails, call your solicitor for a letter.... 8) If that fails, put it down to experience..... and write the 'MD' a letter telling him WHY he can stick his company up his ar...... for any future business from you showing how the 15% of sod-all has cost him THOUSANDS of pounds.... don't forget to mention the name of the staff who refused to help you....
Tell your friends (quietly) why youy won't be using them again but DON'T put anything in writing to ANYBODY else.
