It might seem funny but the mud has become a bit of a joke at Whilton.
The time being wasted on cleaning karts and the inconvenience of having to now take a power washer to a meeting is ridiculous.
The situation at Whilton at the weekend with people trying to get to the grid and the complete gridlock that happened around the parc ferme should have been properly managed.
Some people left in sufficient time and got snared among karts waiting for the race in front of their one and karts coming out of scrutineering and parc ferme and cars jamming the path outside parc ferme.
We missed the grid because we were ensnared in a gridlock of karts, yet we left in more than enough time.
With the mud and the disorganisation, many people were not at all happy and thought that the entries should have been restricted to a sensible level.
People supporting the club by doing the championship should have preference over people who are using it a a banger race as a prequel to doing S1.
The majority of karters there are on a limited budget and don't appreciate the binning antics of the 'visitors'.
