We've seen this too.

The carcase is quite hard and doesn't seal like the soft Vega, so you have to have the rims scrupulously clean.

Any crud that has built up on the inside of the rim from corrosion due to water or using washing up liquid to fit tyres, will allow the tyre to weep.
