The rules offer 3 options

D1.7 Tyres. Dry: MOJO D1 marked ‘CIK-H’ with ‘YELLOW’ barcode 10.0 x 4.50-5 front. 11.0 x 7.10-5 rear.

Wet: MOJO W2 marked ‘CIK’ with ‘YELLOW’ barcode
10.0 x 4.50-5 front. 11.0 x 6.00-5 rear

Dry: VEGA SL8 marked ‘J.A.G.’ 10 x 4.50-5 front, 11 x 7.10-5 rear tyres are permitted at Club meetings only until 01.03.2011

And specify the front and rear for each type, so in answer to your question; No you cannot mix and match.
