If you increase the capacity on 2 / or std 4 /, the weight of the engine will also increase and I am not sure about the result of a 250cc 2/ on a std kart. The beauty of the Aixro is the simplicity of the design that makes a powerful engine light and compact.

Also the power delivery of the Aixro is very smooth, I own a rotax and I have the chance to have also an Aixro: I find it easier to accelerate with an Aixro on wet than a rotax. I guess 2/ 250c must by hell to control on short tracks.

Usually the more powerful an engine is the most often it has to be rebuilt. The Aixro is the fastest direct drive engine and at the same time probably the Kart engine with the less maintenance...

I could carry on... I bought an Aixro because I read all the good stuff on forums: I have not been disappointed.
