It seems starting my lads DD JTKM has caused me some problems in my elbows. I dont want to switch over to clutch as just purchased a new DD engine and cost inc starter clutch and crank would be around the £750 mark.
So I've fitted a solo easystart wheel which will help considerably as wont have to hold the kart up during initial run but got to thinking.

In MSA racing would I be allowed to lift the kart using the easystart wheel then start the engine with a starter of some sort. Basically the kart would be sat on grid with engine running and rear wheels turning. Are there any rules against this?
Would make the run very easy if allowed to do this.
