sound, 4000rpm sounds good, might want to up it a little for wet weather jus incase the wheels lock, it can sometimes stall the engine if its set too low...

...in terms of setup i found that fully out on the back is mandatory, then 15-20mm on the front, i prefered 15mm, found 20mm pushed a little in the corner. ride height at the front set as 2 spacers on top, 1 on bottom, like russ said pressures are 8-14psi, 8 on really hot days, 12 for normal dull days 14 for fookin freezin days, have been up to 16 in the winter just to get some temperature quickly
