theres only a few problems i have with that.

first off the tests, not every 8 year old will get 100 percent....not because theyre unsafe but because theyre nervous..

secondly, doing the driving test at alunch time of a club meeting is a bad idea...time is tight as it is, marshals need stand down time and it will put undue pressure on people taking their test.

third in terms of the engine hours...most classes can do that already, but its a matter of performance....which will work better a tkm or rotax on 10 hours or an engine on 20 hours...it doesnt matter how long the engines can run for, people will always get them rebuilt earlier

finally...no appeals? dont like the idea of scruts and clerks being judge jury and executioner...

other than that some really good ideas
