Your right but it would cost and there is no way of knowing if I would win or not.

I also don't trust the justice system. Earlier this year I lost a small claims against me when a woman bought a PVC banner and frame from my company. It was for an important event and she knew it was coming. 32 days after delivery she emailed saying it hadnt arrived. I looked into it and it was signed for by her neighbour two days before she needed it. . She and next door refused this and took me to court. 2 weeks before the hearing and 8 months after we sent the goods she claimed it was left outside her house. She went ahead with the hearing and I lost the case. Justice?

My view is that she thought she could use the personalised item for the event she needed it and get her money back. Turns out people can do this.

I have to say that it's a shame for karting that people can do this. I'm lucky because I can just about afford losing the money after a year but it doesn't bode well for others.

If I do decide to do super 1 it will be interesting to see if they ignore my entry.
