I'm not suggesting they come out to see the kart. If you look at the original post which you responded to you will see that im surprised that JKH can spend time composing adverts to sell chassis checks when they can't even respond to someone (and many others) who has a genuine issue with one of their karts.

Newshound if you take a minute to go to the images on www.comicvalue.co.uk (just a spare domain of mine) to look at my latest crack (nothing weird i promise) you will see the cracks always start at the point of a bad weld. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out this is not misuse or accident damage. It was brand new and within 5 race meetings it was cracked. Its also in random areas so I doubt its engine related like others suggest.

I'm not saying that they should come to me and i'm not saying they should refund me the kart cost. All I want is someone to get back to me and work out a way I can get a kart to race in Super 1 next year. At the moment I've spent a lot of money only to now need a new kart. I'm sure they could look at my pictures or we could work out a shared cost of getting the kart back to whoever needs to look at it. I have heard some people have had a bare chassis replaced because of this problem.

I only started this thread because I'm totally gobsmacked that they can advertise such a thing without getting back to existing customers who have a genuine problem. It seems however that people don't agree and its tough luck. I was out of the sport for 8 years before I had the money to do it again. Having spent over 2K I'm faced with a decision of whether to carry on spending or call it a day. Is that a good thing for karting?
