For club racing you don't need to worry about the plug lead, unless yours is super short, which needs the extended coil mounting bracket. So yes, its just tyres if you have the airbox already.P.S. expect to change your front tyre pressures, the Mojo D2 has a much stiffer sidewall than the SL6.
