I assume having a drivers and entrants licence in place is to be able to have accountability for all....which in my case as a father and son team, one of us would get points for an incident on or off the track.
Would my son be 'attached' to my entrants licence and if I were to receive a ban by accumulation of points he would also then be banned....or would he just get another entrant to support him. Remember, most 'off' track incidents are generally related to an 'on' track incident. Therefore if you can freely change entrants then there is still no control and current driving standard will remain or possibly get worse because as points may end up being given to the entrant and the driver goes scot free....drivers will soon learn this one.
ps. Who will police the parents/entrant....the CoC?!?!....good luck with that.
