If a Dad and son (or daughter) both race, would Daddy then need both his own competition licence and an entrants licence?

I personally think than having the ability to fine/put points on the entrant will not be as effective as the driver. I am sure there might some legal stand point of fining an adult as oppose to a minor. But the threat of costs your own child their race licence and therefore what is hopefully an enjoyed hobby would be enough of a punishment.

It is at least a greater punishment that losing their own licence and little Timmy still carrying on.
