Thanks Ian, your points are brilliant,
But I understand where your coming from as im suffering with too much rear grip at the end of the races but the thing is im already running the rear as loose as possible, soft axle, no middle bearing, rear width full out and 2L and 1R seat stays, no rear torsion bars, and ok the seat is too the manufactures position. On the Front its a case of full caster, fairly wide, pos Camber and a front bar.
as for pressures it feels like if i go much lower the tyres feel underinflated, and move about to much untill any pressure gets there.
The part that is stumping me is that the kart feels balanced at the start and then too grippy at the rear out of the corners rather than the feeling of understeer. It just hops and bogs on the exits no mateer how i try to drive it.
I rarely have unstersteer anyway. So i could make my question on any ideas on how I could stop the kart from hopping and bucking at the rear from the second half of the race wher it feels like the rear has too much grip but i dont suffer from any understeer or the feeling of the kart just has not enough grip at the front.
Your ideas are sppreciated
Rick
