The last time I was in a church some bloke in a dress tried to drown me and started calling me names.
On a more serious note.
Would the vicar now stand on the pulpit and preach about lack of evidence or what an idiot he is? Or would he just be careful about mentioning his beliefs around you, to avoid confrontation?
I could get the same affect by kicking the vicar in the nuts. He will certainly remember me and probably think twice about what he says to me in the future. But it doesn’t make it acceptable.
Personally I would rather be remembered because of the content of my argument, rather than how forcefully I delivered it.
No I haven't been asked to read any lessons by the vicar. However, he did once ask me to return the lead from the roof.......does that count?
