I don't think that big kerbs and no tarmac is the answer.

When I went to Rissy for the first time there is the left hander before that last flat righthander. (Hope you know what I mean) I find it quite a tricky corner and sometimes the rear would break lose and I would hit that kerb there and it would completely throw me sideways. If this kerb was any bigger it could very easily spin people off or kick them back across the track and cause acidents if someone acidently runs slightly wide, and hits large kerbs or grass verges. In the ideal world drivers wouldn't intentionally cheat and jump kerbs or go outside the track to gain an advantage. So the best answer is more watching out for it and reporting it however that is easier said then done.
