I am utterly certain that, so long as you don't pick someone who is under REAL pressure (e.g., changing an engine 1 minute before the final, straightening their bashed chassis, or someone who has just been called in front of the the Clerk of the Course....) that NO ONE with shout at you!

Just be aware of any HUGE tensions under that awning, open the conversation politely.... and karters are really nice. If you pick and old grump like me..... it'll be obvious....! If you do get unlucky.... just ask another.... there's always loads of them.
