Be fair, SAS. The kids are like BECAUSE their parents never set proper boundaries, and STUCK to them, for their children. They have to know that 'no' actually MEANS 'no' and that 'or else' really IS followed up conssitently with whatever punishment is your 'norm'.

Nothing is worse than saying 'no' and 'or else' and not carrying it through if they DON'T change their behaviour.
