Not sure If anyone can help/ has experienced this but its got us stumped!
We're having a problem with the brake on our Wright Kart, specifically the last 2 times we've been out in the kart we've had a problem whereby the travel was as expected (about 1 inch travel) and then after about 10 laps the travel suddenly goes alot longer (around 4 inches) - I'm pretty sure the fluid isn't boiling as the brake itself has been running cool and even when the travel extends you can still brake.
Inbetween the two times of this happening we have bleed the brake system to try and fix the issue, and initially this didn't have an effect. We then cable tied the pedal down for 30 mins to make sure the fluid wasn't seaping around the seals (it didn't) though by doing this the travel then went down to and inch or so again, almost as though it pressurised the system.
Has anyone else experienced this/ got any adivce as to whats happening as its causing abit of a loss in confidence in the brakes effectiveness!
Cheers Dan
