Mychron Advice - not receiving laps

Hi all,

So I am looking for a Mychron 3 expert, I just bought one installed it but it wont record laps. It has the magnetic lap sensor and this has been put on the floor pan of the kart. So any ideas what it might be, or someone who repairs them.

All help appreciated.
