* Entrant licences will not be issued to persons
under 18 years of age.
14.1.5. All Competitors who have not reached their
For competitors under the age of 18 years :-
(a) A Competition Licence Application form must be
countersigned by a parent or legal guardian who,
for the purposes of these Regulations will be the
"Competitor's Guarantor".
(b) The Competitor's Guarantor must hold an
Entrant's Licence.
(c) The Entrant's Licence Application must
accompany the Competition Licence Application
form when it is submitted to the MSA.
(d) At an event a competitor must be accompanied
by the holder of an Entrant's Licence who must sign
on as the Entrant of that competitor.
(e) In the event that the Entrant is not the
Competitor's Guarantor such Entrant must produce
a written authority so to act signed by the
Competitors Guarantor.
(f) The Entrant who signs on at the Event as the
Entrant of the Competitor will be responsible for the
conduct of mechanics, helpers and team personnel
associated with that Competitor.
(g) For National events within the UK a "Kart PLG"
Entrant Licence will suffice. For International
events a competitor must be accompanied by a
Licensed Entrant whose licence must be valid for
