My understanding of the camber and caster is as follow:
* The neutral setting is with the top and bottom arrows pointing to the chassis.
* Turning the arrow forward from the top washer is increasing the castor, turning backward is reducing the castor.
* To keep the same amount of camber the bottom washer need to be turned in the opposite direction of the top washer.
* Turning the arrow of the bottom washer forward add negative camber (if the top one is not moved), turning it in the other side will add positive camber.

Can somebody confirm my understanding? I am confused with what I currently seeing on my snipers. Thanks.
