Average speeds are calculated from laptimes and circuit length. Almost all circuits overstate their circuit lengths giving incorrect average speeds. A Comer Cadet will barely peak at about 55mph at Red Lodge, certainly not average.

For Comer Cadet at Red Lodge, start on a 99 in the wet or 98 in the dry. As he learns the circuit, gains speed and the circuit gains speed, work your way down the teeth. Red Lodge is extremely tight and twisty and low grip.
