Start from the opposite end of the question! It's hard to recommend a kart or class without knowing SO much about you. We don't even know your age! So.....
1) Find your nearest track 2) Go there on a RACE day and see what we use and see what we do. 3) Talk to as many people as you can (without disturbing them if there are 'spanners flying' between heats!) 4) Do this at LEAST 3 tiomes before you put your hand NEAR your pocket! 5) Ideally, create a new thread, on this web site, something like the following title:
"Newbie at XX on YYY: can we talk?"
Someone will probably post a message saying, 'yup, I am kart number XXX with the red/green/yellow awaning (or whatever): come and talk to us'
Remember.... do NOT spend a PENNY on buying a kart until you have done THREE meetings! No one EVER regrets taking a bit of time.....THOUSANDS regret leaping-in too soon!
