Nope.....

I still have a pair of Bombardier Rotax 125 Gbox engines! The exhuast exists from the REAR of the cylinder on mine but from the front of this one. The cylinder head and barrel fins don't look like that, either.

I, too, considered that possibility but rejected it for the above reasons. Plus the lack of gear change or apparent gearbox.
