hi mate, lets begin!

assuming were talking about bs6 otk brakes!
It seems that if theyr'e fine before the session, and during, but later on a pad is sticking, then its liekly due to the heat. This shouldnt be a problem, but if youve got too much dot5 fluid in your reservoir cap (ie youve overfilled it!), then it boils and expands, thus forcing the pad onto the brake-disk.

ALSO, when youve stripped down the caliper, use a high-temp grase on the piston, or a brake grease, as this will allow easy movement of the piston. I have not done this yet.

IF you want to make sure youve bled the system properly, search my name, youll see a post on bleeding otk brakes.

can remember , but i think i bought the whole set of seals from spellfame. If not, then ring buckmore park, they'll send you the set out.
YOu wont need a new piston to be honest. Just make sure you put the seals the correct way round in the master cylinder, if you choose to replace them. The set isnt more then £10-15 i think.

let me know how you get on.

If the seals were gone, then you'd be leaking air into the system, which would mean youd LOOSE braking power. BUT, your message suggests your pads are stuck ON!

I have had madddddd problems with my otk, and frankly still do! and mine are NEW! i wish i had your problme to be honest.
