Most classes it will be tyre pressures. However, your chassis setup can be better on cold tyres than warm and/or still setup for cold circuit conditions. In cadets, because they still use a "proper" carb, when too lean, the engine will be OK early on, but once temps exceed 210C or so, it drops off pretty quickly.

In short, it sounds like some aspect of your setup is still more suited to the 0-10C temp rather than the 10-20 being seen more recently.
